 Crawfish etoufee and a good gumbo are about as good as food gets.
Certain lasagna and bouillabaisse possibly excepted.

Back in the bad old days, seafood swam around in raw sewage before it got caught and cooked.
People who didn't like seafood avoided a lot of nasty infections, lived longer and had more surviving kids. Their ancestors (and I'm one of them) probably don't need the built-in aversion at the moment, but if Trump gets re-elected it may prove useful in future.
