It's scary to think about what sorts of idiots do indeed occupy
the highest places in government. Politics is one of many
professions where more expertise and experience make people
dumber.
It is just US Military Industrial Complex puppets they do not care
about Americans at all.

When we in the Netherlands had massive flooding many years ago we
build the 'Delta works': https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_Works

It's more difficult to build a wall that will keep a hurricane out.

They don't have to worry about rainfall filling all the valleys and
canyons either. They did have a tornado in 1674.

level. It's necessary to keep pumping to keep dry feet. It works, for

So.... it it winds up like New Orleans after Katrina there'll be no
human life remaining? I guess you'd be right!
There's planty if life remaining in New Orleans. Go and see. Have an
oyster po'boy at Felix's.
Not likely! The worst cuisine in the world (IMO) is Ukrainian. Cajun comes
in at a close second. Plus I don't like seafood anyway. Your suggestion
(though well intended, no doubt) would be the worst of all worlds and
perhaps even eclipsing borscht in terms of vileness - and that takes some
doing!
Crawfish etoufee and a good gumbo are about as good as food gets.
Certain lasagna and bouillabaisse possibly excepted.
