I've been looking for some time for a jelly bean MOSFET with these specs:

A big brother to the 2N7000/7002. The IRLML2060 seems to fit the bill
nicely but I'm having trouble finding it here in India. A bit pricey for
a jelly bean part anyway.
Any suggestions?
Parallel a few 2n7002 ?
But seriously, there should be literally thousands of parts fitting your
wants, I have found Diodes inc, Infineon, AO, Nxperia, Rohm, all have
nearly identical offerings in that space. It depends so much on your
favourite local distributor - do LCSC serve India?
For example BSS806 (only a 20v part so not in your spec) is as cheap as
2N7002 from some places but ten times more from others etc.
