A big brother to the 2N7000/7002. The IRLML2060 seems to fit the bill nicely but I'm having trouble finding it here in India. A bit pricey for a jelly bean part anyway.

Maybe you have not thought of this, but you could go to LCSC and buy a device from China a a fraction of the cost of western suppliers
