The simplest explanation is that the election wasn't stolen. Cursitor Doom does prefer vastly improbable explanations, but that is a congnitive defect, as William of Occam could have explained to him, if he'd lasted long enough.

He's likely to make the same claim again, if he loses, but he's been a
liar all his life. Cursitor Doom does like thoroughly implausible lies,
so he tout's Trump's claims, which must be music to his ears.
