If anybody posts here, they can be accused of shouting at people though you have to post in full caps to make it official. Jack-booted thugs are invoked as negative examples, so bitrex clearly doesn't want to be one.

What's a jack boot anyhow? Something like an Ugg?

A knee-high leather boot - part of the German SS uniform. It had a shiny polished surface, nothing like an Ugg boot (which offers warmth, and seems to be intended to look cuddly).
