The Iin is a result of a fixed CC bias source divided by 2 stages of hFE. Ideally current sources will not contribute any resistance. Any fixed leakage will be temperature sensitive. So if there is no SiO resistance shown, then the impedance will be mainly reactive from junction capacitance.

Hi all,
I cannot see any reference to input impedance on this datasheet. I'd have
thought it was a key parameter!
