Are you looking to know the time AT that instant?  I.e., from, potentially,
just ONE event?  How soon after the event do you want to know the time?
Or, are you willing to use *those* markers to discipline your own clock?

    Anyone know of a text that deals with such circuitry or perhaps a
schematic of a gps reciever with enough detail to show how it's done?
