  People learned that if you just shout real loud into the void "Okay I'm pretty sure Ohms law says ahh...let's see here. Watts times amps equals volts" some engineer will appear within 5 seconds to correct them like "No you dumb idiot!" and then there's a good chance he'll offer to do their job for them, too.
