I met some guys who have raised a bunch of money to build an electron
accelerator to drive some free-electron wiggler lasers to make EUV for
lithography. It would be bigger than the one in your pic.

The Mexicans that do construction for me charge $75 per hour. Plus
beer. They work 7 days a week.
