I haven't been able to contact anyone who uses gmail or google mail for
a couple of years now. Apparently they are demanding some
identification which my e-mailer doesn't give, so they just delete my
e-mail without explanation.
If the email doesn't bounce then it is likely to be in the recipient's junk
folder which most people either don't check or don't know it exists.
I am not going to change my e-mailer to
suit them, expecially if it gives them information I have no control
over.
This will likely tell you the reason. It may not be an issue with gmail.
