I did notice it. Has not had messages in at least 5000 days. But I can post
there and see if anyone notices.

The group's not quite that dead, but it is quiet. I suggested it because
consumption is a reltively big issue in off-grid situations and folks
might be lurking who have useful experience or ideas.
