May be a bit late, but I'll post the following link to a good fusible resistor;
the 10-ohm value is the closest that I've been able to find. It will more than
likely provide the same protection level required for this circuitry. Link:

Perhaps this may help you out - hopefully. A bit of a side note on this. Back
in 70's through 1990 I worked on these units. I had full schematics. The large
music store I worked at as the service technician went bankrupt, allegedly due
to the owner's drug use. The store got shut down - everything in the service
department got dumped into a dumpster somewhere by a ruthless so-called
bankruptcy official... Everything that included all the service manuals! -
Never to be recovered. Still bums me out to this very day.
