What's weird is that everyone "fixes" the flickering for a while.
But then it comes back. Every time. Even after replacing R15 & the three
capacitors, a 3.3uf 400v (C6) and 2x 100uf 50v (C7 + C8).
The flickering always seems to come back, even for those electronics buffs.
It happens to all the early LED refrigerators, millions of them.

simpler board (surprisingly) but I don't know much more than this about it.
