Germany:      While Germans might understand the concept, they have their own term, "Alman". This refers to a stereotype of a grumpy, rule-obsessed German tourist who can be impatient and demanding.
France:      Similar to Germany, France doesn't have a direct equivalent. However, some might use "cliente pénible" (difficult customer) or "cliente exigeante" (demanding customer) to describe similar behavior.
A lot of the "Karen" memes and stories center around retail experiences.
