 i've had similar experience a few times....
                 One time, it was so good that  i hummed it into my PC.

Creativity, lucidity, in dreams is something that
has been noted for some and is not limited to
music - poetry like Coleridge's "Kubla Khan", Benson
"The Phoenix".
My favorite is Kekule's dream of the structure of
benzene.
