Is there a contract between Houthis and the American military industrial complex? I wonder.
Nazis:   "We give you $5 million for each MQ-9 you shot down."
Houthis: "Deal. And with each hit, we'll use the $5M received to build 334 more "358"s for the future MQ-9 hits. Subsequent payments of $5 million will go for hypersonic missiles and various nice warheads."
Nazis:   "Whatever. With each hit we pocket $64 million minus the $1 million cost of making an MQ-9, and minus the $5 million that we give you for hitting it. That's $58 million net profit in our pockets for just one drone hit by you. Please hit them once a week if you would. We got weekly Las Vegas trips that requires ... hmm, about $58 million per week."
Houthis: "Send them over us once a week then. Whenever you needed more money, send them more often than that."
Nazis:   "We believe in having Sheep for Americans who are also mouth-zipped. More than one or at most two MQ-9 hits per week may make them start doing BAA, BAA, ... and we don't want the nuisance. So for now, once a week it is."
