- In Iranian telegram channels for main news outlets, suddenly the term "Syrian terrorists" in a couple of them has been replaced with "Syrian armed opposition"... :)
Hahahhahhahh :-))
Assad one more time officially asked Iran to come in to fight the war for them. But from what it looks like, Iran is preparing to deal with another country governing Syrians. Meanwhile, Syrian foreign minister says their retreats are "tactical moves"! ...
They're leaving behind their helicopters intact, and this idiot calls all that tactical moves. "The armed opposition" is now on many footages seen using Google search to find and learn how to operate those helicopters..
What a ridiculous mess.
Jordan and Egypt have offered Assad to leave Syria and form a "government in exile" in their countries. Hehe :)
And what does Iran's foreign minister say about this? (Pezeshkiyan is so far just a joke - the foreign minister is the man) He said, "Anything god has for Assad, that will happen to Assad." Hahhahhahh :-)
They've left his fate to god. It is so absurd it is funny.
Yep. That's what happens when you do not prepare to fight for your country.
Iran defeated Saddam's 15 simultaneous lashgars that attacked her using 1.5 lashgars that they still had in some organized form in 1980. People in Iran's cities joined the military forces and fought. But people in Syria pack and leave their cities when enemy gets near, then soon soldiers also leave in a hurry! This is the story of Arabs fighting Israel from day one. Israelis never had to face a fighting force until Hezbollah was created.
So result for Syria? "God" will determine Syria and Assad's fates.
Assad's family members and relatives have already left Syria. Russia's and Chinese embassies in Syria had all the family members leave Syria as well.
Meanwhile, Syrian war ministry is announcing the exact same thing they did for Aleppo, and shortly later for Saraqib, and yet shortly later for Khan Shaykhun, and then for Hama which fell yesterday. What is it that they're announcing? Check this out:
"The news on the terrorist pages about the army's withdrawal from Homs is not true. We confirm that the Syrian Arab Army is present in Homs and its countryside, and it is deployed on fixed and solid defensive lines."
"It has been reinforced with additional large forces equipped with various types of equipment and weapons. Our forces are ready to repel any terrorist assault."
So now they're saying the same thing for Homs.. which by any logical sense should now fall within a day or two.
After Homs, comes Damascus.
Withdrawal of Syrian forces isn't just happening in these cities. It is from everywhere in Syria. Today all Syrian forces withdrew form Deyrozzoor in far eastern borders of Syria and left all that area for either Kords or Iraqis or "Syrian armed opposition" to have. The entire Syrian military forces have been a joke like Iraqi military forces in Mosul was right before ISIS got there. Assad had done nothing to make them real. The whole thing was a show.
News just now says Kords got those areas on eastern borders.
Kremlin says with Syrian forces continuously leaving their defensive positions there's nothing to do for Syria's allies, including we Russians. So Russia has let them go to were they belong too.
Syrian official news channel is now saying the same two paragraphs above about Deyrozzoor area.
In Baghdad. Foreign ministers of Iran, Iraq and Syria met to discuss the situation. Pictures taken there shows everybody smiling meaningfully :) Here is three of them:
https://imgur.com/a/IwYL7xaYou don't have to recognize the flags to see which side is the Syrian side. They're being laughed at.
- In Dollars of 10 years back, Syria owes Iran $70 Billion. They've not paid a penny of it. I wonder what happens to that debt now. This may determine what Iran will do with a Syria without Assad.
- Now, who are these "armed syrian opposition"? Let's see what they themselves say:
"We don’t have any enemies other than the Assad regime, Hezbollah and Iran."
Now you know who they are :)
So far, the threat from Iraqi Shi'ites and Iran has prevented them from harming Shi'ite communities in Halab. But we'll see later how this continues. Ten years ago they were directly killing off the Shi'ites of Syria. Today they have not dared it, yet!
- Iran has flown drones over Syrian skies now to check for herself what's going on. Syrian outlets are not trusted anymore.
- One of the English speaking channels have presented this interesting video from the early years of Iran Iraq war, where the future leader of Iran was a soldier in the war as well as a cleric. He is speaking to a bunch of people. It has English sub. I think what he says, now, applies very well to the situation in Syria.
