Without getting paid,that it. A cook wants to do his thing with cooking and get paid for it. That's all.
A physicist, on the other hand, is willing to spend time, sometimes a great deal of time, explaining stuff to newbies in the first semester of the first year of their undergraduate school.
He can do that because it isn't the money that runs him, like cooks and "engineers" and other types of servants who're only doing it for money. It is the subject itself that he loves to teach and at the same time, be taught, to and by the students. _Any_subject, buddy! ..
