Russia is more and more into Africa, and you Nazis are less and less so. U.S. troops are withdrawing from Niger. You may know that Niger is the Uranium heaven on earth. And when the people there emigrate, they're not going anywhere to Russia, they come straight here :) Russia gets the natural wealth, you get the cannibal Amazon workers who'll eat cro-magnons here not that far into future.
Things are going where they should. And it's not just Niger. The whole Africa is knowing you better now, and are drawn to Russia and China for their economy (and India and Iran to a lesser extent), and away from you Nazis. Iran began working on Africa starting from a few years after Iran-Iraq war. They really put a lot of work in that, and now they're selling a whole lot of arms and other products to various African nations. They cannot afford other countries' prices, and almost always opt for Iranian products.
That alone asks for a cup of hot tea, right now! :)
