His ears must be like lizards' tails. In fact if you place his face
under a microscope but switch the positions of eyepiece and the
objective lenses, you'd see a lizard's face there.

As far as I know lizzards have no ears (at least no earlobes).

And human ears also don't look similar to lizzard tails.

Lets think of: Possibly Trump is actually a lizzard.

But in that case he had no earlobes and (as far as I know) no red blood.

A more theoretical possibility would be: he could have had lizzard tails
attatched to his head, which were secretly morphed into the shape of
human ears.

But still he would have shot wounds (~four days later), because even
lizzards don't recover that fast.

So are you saying it's fake? Even though people died?
No, not a real fake.
It was (apparently) ment to give super-hero status to Trump, because he
survived an assassination.
But where is the shot-wound, anyhow?
Possibly there was a double involved and there exist somebody with a
hole in his earlobe, which looks very much like Trump.

Possibly you are simply incapable of understanding what a minor injury
a graze wound can be.

That was a lot of blood for a wound that was completely gone in four days.

On just about any part of the ear other than the lobe, a small scratch
will bleed a lot.

Sure. That's why when you get your ears pierced they have to a blood bag
standing by for transfusion, just in case.
So what part of "other than the lobe" did you not understand?
Sounding more and more like TDS...
