Both say 3.5% for ST Louis.  (There's a discrepancy on VB, 3.9% or
7%.  Suspect 3.9 is correct but more have been moving here).

national average).  In fact, Est Liverpool is is pretty much white with
smatterings of others.  I prefer more variety.
