activity.  Howell, MI, actually _is_, and it spiraled out of control
from there.

 I didn't say that East Liverpool is the Klan capital of the US, but I
once read something about Klan activity there in the past, maybe at a
link Michael posted. Also, places that are almost 100% white are a bit
scary.
