This thread is about voting per se is not democracy. Ritualistic voting
is not democracy. Voting, in contrast, is a show about the candidates,
not necessarily related to the people. More money spent will definitely
lead more news coverage and subsequently confers a sense of excitement
and the feeling that US democracy is real. Nevertheless, Democracy is
about People Rule, not People Vote. Ruling is a continuous process day
after day. Not once every few years.
If you or anyone have doubt on the surveys results indicating the
elected government did not have the consent, please inform.
