phone call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia, China Central
Television reported.
According to the media outlet, the conversation between the two
countries’ leaders took place in the afternoon Beijing time.
Xi highlighted the importance of long-term diplomacy and the national
development strategies of China and Russia.
The parties discussed a number of issues, including the Ukraine
conflict, and agreed to maintain contact through various channels and
coordinate their activities."
