145% tariffs make _some_ sense as the big show of the big stick before
going back to talking softly.  It makes _some_ sense in fixing the
single issue.  It makes even some sense in long term quite like
"be aware that Bush-3 may invade YOU".  Is it wise or _strategically_
cost effective? IMHO *NOT*.
