conflict with Israel. Its fighters indiscriminately fired thousands of rockets into Israel"

"Hezbollah fighters fired rockets on an almost daily basis from the close proximity of UN
observer posts in southern Lebanon, an act of shielding, at least in part, that endangered
UNIFIL troops by drawing retaliatory Israeli fire on the nearby UN positions."
