No. The clip draws a parallel with the Tory campaign in the last election in
Britain, as the incumbents, with the Fine Gael campaign in the recent election,
as incumbents, where the Tories planted their campaign appearances with their
own people and Fine Gael did not, giving Harris the opportunity to demonstrate
his failure at one of the basics of being a politician.

Fianna Fáil, the other incumbent party, won most seats. Next came Sinn Féin,
the political wing of the IRA, and then Fine Gael. Fine Gael will likely be in
the next government but Simon Harris will likely not be taoiseach. Negotiations
are ongoing.
