The Torah is not in heaven, phony 'sages' who lie are not counted

Someone replied to this with some claim regarding the western idol.
   "Notice how all the theology is based on the sages and not the
   Tanach." (...)

Someone else replied to that, with the following statement:
   "The Tanakh say we need to listen to the Sages. Clearly, you never
   studied Tanakh"

To this latest comment, I (undersigned) replied the following, which
seems to have been deleted from youtube (probably USA censorship).

"Surely, this instruction which I enjoin upon you this day, is not too
baffling for you, nor is it beyond reach. It is not in heaven, that you
should say, _'Who among us can go up to the heavens and get it for us
and impart it to us, that we may observe it?'_ No, the thing is very
close to you, in your mouth and in your heart, to observe it. See,
I set before you this day life and prosperity, death and adversity."

Hence, you need to do Teshuvah over what you seem to believe. While it
is true that there need to be Judges, these Judges are not allowed to
alter the law, and you know this law. The Torah just said so. You can
read it yourself. It is clear. You _pretend_ that you need to listen to
"the majority of the Sages", but Israel conveniently left out that these
Sages may not break the Torah to even be counted in such a group.

Rambam Shemita 10:8, the overthrow of the Jubilee on land. Rambam is
obviously writing a lie. Rambam is _not_ a 'Sage' of the Torah, neither a
judge. He is _nothing_ in the Torah. He is an accused criminal, awaiting
punishment. If you do not do that, you become guilty of your negligent
duties. If Rambam counts as a gentile, because this happened in the
exile, then you can just ignore the liar, also known as Maimonides. You
didn't. You have fallen into idolatry. You idolize phony sages, have put
them above the Torah. This particular lie is enough to destroy the Jewish
Sovereignty. All the land will be owned by a few criminals in the end. You
gave up, and you continue in this path of rebellion against the Torah.

Prozbul, this absurd device was made up by Hillel the Elder. Hillel
is therefdore not a 'Sage', but another criminal under Torah law. This
Hillel clique may also have been guilty of putting a Sun disk idol on
the 2nd Temple. From that moment it didn't take long before Rome came
to burn it down.

Heter iska, this cursed device was made up by Rambam himself, fully
confirming his status in the Torah as a criminal, a deceiver, a destroyer
of Israel and through it, the world.

Shabbos candle lighting, is another lie, and this one is punishable
by death in the Torah. I can go on with this a bit longer, but you get
the picture. You have created a phony religion, loosely based upon the
Torah, with a lot of show and fakery. Not as bad perhaps as the western
idolators, but going in their direction, and thus Israel was punished to
live under the repression of the same. Perhaps they would learn. They
never did, up to this point at least. Are you willing to learn, or are
you suffering from this famous condition known as a 'hard neck' ?

Try to bend it to the truth, whiggle it around a bit perhaps. Left
to right, can you do that ? Up and down, like nodding ? Be gentle I
guess, it has been a stiff neck for thousands of years, a rebellious
neck. It is a  serious condition. You always think you know better,
without even understanding the topic, yes ? You can't muster a serious
argument, but "you know the truth" ? If so, these are symptoms of this
condition. Worship or Rebbes and Rabbis also seems to be common among
such sufferers, or reading excessively mystical books while ignoring
the obvious reality of things. Dogmatic traditionalism is also strong
with these.

I wonder if lessons in logic somehow can help diffuse the phony logic
presented by Hillel about for example the prozbul ? Forget about formal
logic like math. I mean simple things, like "Cat went in the house, cat is
in the house". "Debt ran past the 7th year, debt must be nullified." Or
try: "The court catches criminals who break law, and therefore does not
make up new laws affording criminals their law breaking." That one may
be too difficult for you right now, sorry. Maybe later ? Lessons in basic
honesty then ? Just when you meet someone, tell them where you _actually_
came from ? Tell them the actual colors of your shoes ? Don't lie ! Don't
lie like Hillel or Rambam. With enough trying and making it a habbit
to be truthful, perhaps you will eventually be upset about the lies of
the Sages as well, and then you may be able to start the Redemption;
may it be speedily in your days.

Before you start accusing me of anti-semitism, by the way: the gentiles
are worse, I don't even bother asking them anything almost anymore. You
give the example, or we all go down to hell together on this planet. Your
God set before you: life and death. The choice is yours. I shall warn you,
that the worst is going to happen, if Israel doesn't stop lying about the
Torah, and very likely in this generation. It already started, by the way.

It looks like the Rabbis will be overthrown by force, for blocking the
Redemption and causing the second holocaust, 7 times worse than the
Nazis. After that, there may be no coming back from having caused such
a hell on the people with their obstinate necks. It may be enough to
have the remainder of Israel overthrow them, forever, so that they can
finally Redeem themselves.

Sorry about being illogical in my logical examples. I'm stupid like that.
