Die professor is een aanhanger van de evolutie-theorie, maar hij is
geen bioloog. Hij aanvaart de natuurlijke selectie en aanpassing binnen
een populatie als het gaat over aanpassing binnen een populatie. Echter
hij gelooft wel dat de natuur voorspelbaar is en niet puur toevallig is
ontstaan. Dus in zijn 'donkere achterhoofd', denkt hij mogelijk in de
Gerard 't Hooft heeft geen donker 8er hoofd
