The IDEA of a 'flush' toilet actually seems to
be a very OLD one. It was mostly a matter of
the fine tech, and water/pipes/$$$, that defined
whether you had 'em or not.
They WERE known in old Rome - almost 2000 years ago.
Kinda exclusive to the Very Rich, but they HAD 'em
in various forms. Probably had 'em in old Egypt
and Babylon too for the Top People.
TP, on the other hand ... that TOOK awhile. Mostly
it was the proverbial 'stick' ........ :-)
