Because you are one of my distinct memories of interacting on here, and it was with fondness more than annoyance that I saw you still seem to be the rare combination of reasonable person/super-aggressive crank that I remembered. And when Athel Cornish-Bowden made a response that *didn't* seem to recognize this I was confused and couldn't resist bringing it up on the off chance he really wasn't aware of the pattern.
I knew it would upset you, and all I can say about that it wasn't my intent and I wish it didn't. But there's a limit to how hard I'll try and avoid doing so when I know how hair-trigger your reactions can be.
