Bird Flu: The best opportunity for Trump's supreme power!

So Trump learned his lesson from 2020:  Emergency powers!
Right?
He was often accused of exploiting CoronaPanic but as any
idiot can plainly see in hindsight, he let the opportunity
for absolute power slip through his fingers.
Make sure you spread all the panic you can now, over this
bird flu that isn't infecting birds anywhere else (It's
the first virus that sees & respects borders), if and only
if you want to give Trump dictatorial powers!
HELP TRUMP!  SPREAD BIRD FLU PANIC NOW!
        ...can't wait for those mandated vaccines and 19
booster shots. Of course we'll have to give the makers
immunity, right?
