Yes they're testing this Supreme Court.
Unfortunately that battle was lost in 2016. KamelToe Harris could not
have made the slightest difference. It was all over & done with when
the LeftTards turned on Hillary in 2016.

So now social conservatives everywhere are thinking up ways to
provoke court battles, overturn decisions they don't like. All because
of what happened in 2016.
It's doubtful that Trump will have any additional appointees.
Thomas will be two years YOUNGER than Trump when he retires in
January of 2029. He's probably make it through whatever President
follows Trump.
