The Texas State Board of education is going to teach Bible stories in classes and readings from Genesis.  This means that the switch scam junk that they adopted, because the bait and switch was run on them and they were not allowed to teach the ID scam junk, is no longer needed.
The ID perps are becoming irrelevant in Oklahoma and Texas where the Bible is going to be used as a textbook.
I do not know how they are getting around the Supreme Court ruling.  The Supreme court did allow teaching Bible stories, but only in a comparative religion class.  The creationists have never wanted to do that because the Bible is the only thing that they have wanted to teach.   They have never wanted their kids to be exposed to other religions. Just that fact should make what Texas is doing illegal.
I suspect they plan to "get around the Supreme Court ruling" by saying "Neener neener. We OWN the Court now. Go ahead and sue us, because the ruling will be a great opportunity to overturn every establishment clause case in the last hundred years."
