Note that I did say "claim". Claims, no matter how
ridiculous, are easy; all one needs is an imagination and
oversized cojones. Evidence is a bit more rigorous.
And yeah, the claimed *effect* does sound like the Dean
Drive, but is he claiming that his magical thingie converts
rotational momentum to linear momentum, as Dean did?
