It likely isn't that he didn't read the material, but he is likely like Nyikos used to be.  If you remove the material that you are lying about from a post it was not lying according to Nyikos.  That is why he could snip and lie as often as he wanted because he claims that he never told a "self contained" lie on TO.  If the evidence that you are lying is not in the post where you tell the lie it isn't lying.  Just a weird way to exist and lie as much as you want to.
