据《金融时报》(Financial Times)援引两名未具名消息人士的话报道，在线时尚零售商Shein已在香港秘密申请首次公开募股(IPO)，同时该公司正寻求加快其拖延已久的伦敦上市进程，施压英国监管机构给予批准。
《金融时报》报道称，Shein在香港申请上市，部分原因是为了向英国金融行为监管局(Financial Conduct Authority)施压，促使后者在风险披露要求方面做出让步，并保住这宗可能成为多年来伦敦市场最大规模IPO的交易。
《金融时报》联系香港交易所、英国金融行为监管局和Shein时，这三方均不予置评。
