agree. The law should be "Wait until your 21 to screw up your
genitals and pay for it out of your own pockets" A sex change
being covered by any insurance is just insane. I would promote
pro-bono-lifo-suctions instead, to even growth spert, and covering a
gym-membership with a personal trainer.
