He is to blame. He did not do
his job during COVID, allow "Patient Zero" ( whichever ones
) to set foot in the US, without proper testing of those passengers,
of something that could have been easy to prevent. It was from
November when
he should have ordered a bann on incoming passengers and any
passengers to get tested before re-entering US shores
via NAVY water fortresses, just like how Elis Island was used to
test/process immigrants.

He did not do his job in that aspect. What did he do? Bomb a runway
which was repaired in minutes.
