Ok ... there are about TWO options here. The first is that SK and its
culture disintegrate in two gens or less.
The second is to go kinda full-on "Handmaid" and REQUIRE making four
or five kids for several gens at least.
Neither is really necessary. If they ban porn, abortions, and most forms
of birth control, and actually enforce those laws, the problem will likely
resolve itself.
