US Trade Partners Confused - According To Plan

Trump keeps offering new deals, new plans, new figures,
new sanctions, almost weekly.
The old way was to present one package - and then the
sub-sub-committees argue a bunch of very fine details
for the next decade. It's so long that basically
nothing really gets done.
Trump clearly intends to smash this process.
He will offer a deal - and if you don't jump
on it almost immediately - very few Devil's
details - he will change it all next week ...
probably for the worse.
This creates PRESSURE - and benefit in acting
very promptly while skipping the zillion tiny
tiny details.
