No, not at all. Try TeX / LaTeX or Context. No GUI necessary.
Thiose are not typesetting languages per se.
I'm pretty much certain, you can win this claim *only* by redefining

No they are not.
No creative studio runs on anything by Xpress or Adobe creative suite.
