He placed Picard as the worst with Janeway as runner-up, BTW.
Er... okay... that's certainly different anyway!
According to the video, he used to like Picard best, but thinks the recent TV show "Picard" screwed it up. (I haven't seen that show yet, so no idea if he's correct, but probably is since all the newer stuff for every franchise tends to be rather abysmal and make idiotic changes.)
