It seems to me that our (male) Doctors have not all been the same
size and shape.
 What happens to that extra matter if The Doctor regenerates into a smaller body?? Or vice-versa??
 If (whatever) can happen in a Male --> Male transition, why can't similar happen in a Male --> Female transition or in a Female ->
