I think you’re letting your imagination run wild again.  Try sticking to
what was actually in the episode.

 
Nope. This was the society that RTD decided to portray. A society
dominated by androgynous women and homosexual men. Did you not watch the
episode and try to figure out which individual was a man and which was a
women, except for the leather clad homosexuals.
 

You can’t tell which ones are women?  Interesting.  It’s usually you
right-wingers who claim  we can’t tell the difference!
