Of course, God will pass the judgement based on his infinite knowledge.
If God knows infinite things, does God know that black is white?
God knows ALL things, but only "knows" things that are actually true, and doesn't incorrectly believe lies, mistakes, or falsehoods.
Now, to God, the blackest of places can still be seen into and observed, so in one sense, black can be like white.
