When DD emulated by HHH calls HHH(DD) this call cannot
possibly return to the emulator,
Calls don't return to the emulator. They return to the calling
program.
When HHH(DD) is invoked from main() there is no
separate calling program for DD.
Everyone that examines the HP encodes pathological
self-reference into the input and then tries to
pretend that this has no effect on the behavior of
this input.
