 My system *compiles* any programming language -- it doesn't just
*parse*
it.

 It is sufficient to write a parser so that an already existing back end
can be used.

 neos does not require the writing of a parser, only a grammar is required.

There is not much writing in the parser other than the grammar and the
adaptation to the back end. An existing generic parser or a parser generator
can do most of the rest.
