Not an answer for the question: Is there an algorithm to determine
whether a given input is "pathological" or not?
That doesn't matter. I was asking Mr. Flibble, not olcott, for a
rigorous definition of "pathological input". They both use the term,
but I don't know whether they mean it in the same way (and I'm not
interested in what olcott has to say about it.)
