C compilers are obliged to diagnose syntax errors. If they don't, they're not-quite-C compilers. You need to decide whether you're writing in C or whether you're not.
C compilers are /not/ obliged to diagnose screw-ups by people who don't understand the language, but such screw-ups still make your code invalid C.

Halt7.c must be compiled with the Microsoft
compiler to get the correct object file type.

C programs must follow a set of rules (ISO 9899) in order to be correct C programs. I have already pointed out several places in which Halt7.c doesn't follow those rules, and you have done nothing to address any of the problems I have identified.
That's fine. I'm not your boss, and you are not in any way obliged to fix your code.
But until you do, your code is broken.
